Breathwork for leaders & teams

I work with leaders and teams operating in high-pressure environments, helping them move from mental overload into greater clarity, calm, and more connected ways of working and relating.

My work supports resilience, focus, and presence under pressure through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and embodied facilitation. The aim is simple: to help people step out of constant overthinking and into a more grounded, clear, and present way of operating.

Sessions are often integrated into leadership development programs, team offsites, or wellbeing initiatives within organizations. I offer both 1:1 and group sessions, online and in-person, for leaders, teams, and organizations.

In practice, people often experience a shift out of reactive thinking into a more grounded state, where clearer decision-making becomes possible. Many also report a stronger sense of connection—both with themselves and with others—which positively impacts communication and collaboration in professional contexts.

My clients are typically leaders, founders, and teams in corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

With a background in the corporate world, I understand the pace, expectations, and complexity leaders navigate, allowing me to work in a grounded and accessible way—even with those who are initially skeptical.
